In this class, through conscious breath we journey into the body’s sensations and the energetic currents that hold awareness and healing. Through the Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release modality, we quiet the analytical mind so we can turn the light of awareness inward. As we drop into the sensations that live beneath the surface, we offer presence, movement, and expression to the parts of ourselves that have not yet had a safe place to be felt.

When these hidden patterns and emotions are met with awareness, the nervous system naturally begins to regulate and the body enters a state of unwinding and energetic flow. This creates spaciousness within and allows the light that is already you to emerge and become embodied.
